We guarantee the quality and viability of our trees and plants. If an eligible plant fails to leaf out by July 1 of the first growing season following delivery, contact us without undue delay so the claim can be reviewed under the published terms.

- Trees and plants that fail to leaf out by July 1 of the first growing season following delivery
- Eligible claims reported without undue delay and before the July 1 deadline
- Claims that can be verified with reasonable proof of planting and care

We'd rather tell you now than argue later.
- Drought, flooding, pests, disease, or wildlife damage
- Improper planting, maintenance, or neglect
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
- Claims made after July 1 of the first growing season

Guarantee questions
How long do I have to report a problem?
Contact us without undue delay and before July 1 of the first growing season following delivery. Claims made after July 1 are not covered by the published plant guarantee.
What does an approved claim receive?
After timely notification and verification, Little Tree Farm issues store credit equal to the original purchase price of the affected item, excluding shipping and handling charges.
What proof may be requested?
Little Tree Farm may request photographs and reasonable proof that the plant was planted, cared for, and maintained according to the planting guidance.
