How are the roots protected?
Bare-root plants ship dormant with roots wrapped in moisture-holding material; pot-ready plants ship secured in their containers. Every box includes planting guidance.
Do you ship to my province?
We ship across Canada. Check each plant's hardiness range (or use the Zone Finder) to make sure it thrives where you live.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Photograph the box and plants, keep your order information, and contact us without undue delay. Claims are reviewed under the published Plant Guarantee and Terms and Conditions.
