15 Hazelnut seeds.
Here is a edible nut tree seed taken from a cold hardy hazelnut variety called “Geneva”
Grown in the Eastern part of Canada called the Maritimes.
The plant when grown will be a hybrid between this “Geneva” and other cold hardy varieties,
as hazelnuts cross pollinate steadily.
Grows between 6-10 feet high. A delicious tasting medium sized nut.
Can be trained into a single stem tree or left as a suckering shrub.
Easy to pick with one of the earliest fruits of the season. Ready in late August or early September.
By planting a nut tree seed, specifically a hazelnut seed, you can make your own hazelnut milk.
Organic nut seeds. Hand picked.
Husked and ready to plant or stratify for spring planting.
Hazelnut tree seeds should be stratified for 3 months or planted outside in the autumn.
